The Victorian

Flower Child

About

Jenesse Jordan started The Victorian Flower Child more than 20 years ago as a hobby with a friend doing craft fairs, making handmade pillows and purses. It eventually became a passion that sent her back to school for her degree in Interior Design and working in the fashion industry. Taking old, discarded things and making them useful and beautiful again is not just a job, but a mission. In taking those THINGS around us that are unwanted and unloved and giving them purpose and new life, she hopes to remind the people around her that THEY are worth far more than these THINGS!
Now Victorian Flower Child is growing and building its own fashion label as well.
Taking the beauty, detail and handmade excellence of the past and designing clothes for today's women and men, Jenesse is designing clothing made locally and making sure that love is as much an ingredient in the product she sends you as quality!

Custom Work

I love creating one-of-a-kind pieces for people and if you have something that you have been wanting to have done for yourself or your home, and you are local to the Baltimore area, please contact me!
I love doing custom work. Whether it's a special dress for a costume ball or a favorite piece of furniture that doesn't quite fit your aesthetic any longer and needs a refresh, I'm up for the challenge!

One-of-a-kind

Many items that you will find on this site are one-of-a-kind. Things that you won't find anywhere else or hard to find items.
Many of these things I have either made myself or have found in my travels and decided to share them with you here.
