Where are your VFC Originals Made?

We are proud to say that all of our VFC Originals are designed, cut and made right here, by hand, in the United States in our small studio in Columbia, MD, by myself and a small team of talented and skilled craftspeople.
It is important to me to know who is making my designs and know that each artist who uses their time and talent making these beautiful garments for you is compensated fairly to do so. 
Each member of my team is an important part of the design process and I cannot Do what I do without them!

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If an item doesn't fit or isn't quite what you were hoping for, we will take it back within 30 days of  purchase, as long as the garment HAS NOT BEEN WORN, DAMAGED and the TAGS HAVE NO BEEN REMOVED.
We will also not take back any garment that has been altered to fit you personally, either by us or anyone else.
You MUST CONTACT US FIRST to get a return authorization number BEFORE RETURNING the item.
We WILL NOT PAY for return postage, unless we are at fault for the item being returned.
These things include: Quality issues, wrong item sent, received damaged(except when damaged by the deliverer).

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the all 50 states in the U.S.A. and Canada. We do not ship outside of the U,S, and Canada at this time.

Question 4

How long will it take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

This depends on what you order.
If you order something like a vintage piece that has is already made, then you may receive your order in as little as 5-7 business days.
In the case of ordering any of our VFC Original Designs, it can take 3-4 weeks to receive your order, depending on how busy our sewing room is at the time.
ALL of our original designs are MADE TO ORDER, so we don't have hundreds of pieces just sitting around waiting to find a new home. We just don't have the space or the budget to do that. Each piece is made to order. That way, we are able to make each piece for the person it is ordered by. 
That also allows YOU, the customer, to contact us and say, "Hey, I'm only 5'1", I don't have the legs of your lovely models and a 40" outseam on my pants would be WAY TOO LONG! is it possible for you to make them only 36" long?"
To which we can say, "OF COURSE WE CAN!", and we can make those pants the perfect length for YOU!
So, even though it may take a little longer to get to you, you KNOW that they are going to fit YOU!
