Not necessarily basic, but certainly a piece that can be worn in so many ways! This adorable tunic was originally designed to wear to festivals when I couldn't find anything suitable to protect my arms from the sun. It shows off a little of the decolletage without falling off of my shoulders and is still light enough on hot days here in Maryland on August and September days.
What I soon realized is that it is also amazingly adorable with jeans, leggings and skirts! 
Made of a light Rayon/spandex blend, this tunic covers all the necessary bits when worn over leggings, but layers nicely and the bottom "points" give a whimsical look to this easy to wear piece.
