Jimi Hendrix was a legend, taken too soon. A member of the 27 club. a group of young celebrities whose lights were snuffed out at the age of 27. He left behind music that still lives on today and his name is spoken in reverence amongst guitarists.
This sweatshirt was NOT a legend, but it had potential. A cheap knock-off of an original tour shirt, it needed spice and some Hendrix flair. So, off came the collar, the sleeves, and the waistband and I added some color, some ruffles and little Janis Joplin spirit to bring this piece some life.
